With the multimedia network technology widely used in the field of education,the research on the teaching mode and the organization strategies of teaching activities of is of great significance for the healthy and rational development of online teaching under multimedia network. In this paper,the teaching mode and the organization of teaching activities were elaborated by combining with the specific multimedia network teaching practice in multimedia network environment,which has implication in the modernization and informatization endeavors of education in China.
