Research on Basic Problems of Community Education in Social Organizations

随着我国公共管理体制的不断完善,社区教育管理逐渐由政府一元管理转化为社会公共治理,社区教育社会组织在其中的功能和作用日益凸显。发展和培育社区教育社会组织,发挥其基础性作用是推进社区教育发展的理想路径,也是建设学习型社会的新命题。基于社区教育社会组织在推进社区教育发展中的重要作用,需要从理论上厘清其内涵、类型、属性、功能角色等基本问题,以引领和指导实践。

With the continuing improvement of China＇s public management system,the management of community education in our country has been transformed from government management to public governance.The function of social organizations in the community education public governance has become increasingly prominent.Cultivating social organizations in the community education and playing its fundamental role are the ideal path of improving community education and a new proposition of building the learning society.Based on the social organization have important roles in promoting the development of community education,we need to untangle the theory of community education in social organizations,such as contents,types,attributes,roles and functions etc.to lead and guide the practice.
