摘要
教师培训效果评价对保障职业教育教师培训质量具有不可或缺的作用。德国致力于职业教育教师培训效果评价,呈现以下鲜明的特色:以第四代评价理论为指导,建立以教师专业发展为核心的评价观,以平等协同为宗旨的评价主体关系,以共同建构为途径的评价运行机制,以全面系统为特征的评价标准体系,充分调动职业院校、行业企业及社会组织参与评价的积极性,注重以人为本、民主化与发展性评价。借鉴德国职业教育教师培训效果评价的经验,有利于促进我国职业教育教师培训评价体系建设。
Evaluation of teachers' training effect plays an indispensable role in ensuring the quality of vocational education teachers' training.Germany is dedicated to evaluation of vocational education teachers' training.The evaluation characterized distinctively by the following aspects:guiding by the fourth generation evaluation theory;establishing evaluation view,which keeps professional development of vocational education teachers as the central task,equal and collaborative evaluation subject relations,evaluation mechanism by the way of common construction and comprehensive evaluation standard system;mobilizing the positivity of vocational schools,industrial enterprises and social organizations in participating in the evaluation;highlighting the people-oriented,democratic and developmental evaluation.The experiences of evaluation of teachers' training effect in Germany are conducive to promoting the establishment of evaluation system of vocational education teachers' training in our country.
