摘要
每年汛期是青海省强降雨天气的多发时期,而暴雨天气过程和局地短时强降雨天气则是造成暴雨洪涝、洪水、山洪、泥石流和滑坡等灾害的主要诱因,往往造成严重经济损失和人员伤亡,影响社会经济发展和人民群众正常的生产生活,强降雨天气过程服务无疑是汛期决策气象服务的重中之重。本文选取2015年汛期青海省发生的一次强降雨天气过程,从降雨特征、主要灾情和影响、决策气象服务特点等方面进行了分析与探讨,以期对进一步做好强降雨等灾害性天气决策气象服务提供借鉴和参考,有效应对气象灾害。
The heavy precipitation happens frequently in every flood seasons over Qinghai Province. The Rainstorm and the short -time strong rainfall often results in the disasters like flood, mountain torrent,debris flow and landslide. These disasters always caused very serious economic and personal loss, influenced the normal society and economic development. Heavy rainfall process services are undoubtedly the priority of decision - making meteorological services in the flood season. This paper selects a heavy rainfall process during 2015 flood season over Qinghai Province, the rainfall characteristics, major disasters and influence, the characteristics of decision - making meteorological service are summed up and analyzed,in order to further improves decision - making meteorological service of heavy precipitation disaster weather, provides a reference to respond effectively to the meteorological disasters.
