摘要
近几年,随着国家水利投资力度的加大,以及青海省"安全人饮"工程的逐步实施,湟中县农村人畜饮水工程已使全县15个乡镇,393个行政村,432184人受益,但在实施过程中也出现了许多问题,本文从容易忽视的问题及环节、原因分析及处理措施三个方面做了逐一探讨。
in recent years, with the increase of national water conservancy investment and ＂sate drinking water＂ project gradually implemented in Qinghai Province, rural drinking water project has made 15 towns, 393 administrative villages,432184 people benefit Huangzhong County, but in the implementation, there are many problems in the process, this paper from the easily neglected problems and links, reason analysis and treatment measures three aspects made individually discussed.
