摘要 由于黑果枸杞特殊的生态、经济价值,致使柴达木盆地地区黑果枸杞种苗的需求量逐年攀升。扦插育苗是黑果枸杞树种育苗比较经济有效的方法。为解决青海省黑果枸杞育苗技术不规范、成活率低、成本高、种苗质量参差不齐等问题,依据国家和行业标准,对设施条件、育苗前准备、苗期管理、炼苗出圃等方面提出技术要求。该规程可为苗木生产的规格化和优质化提供保障,对青海省黑果枸杞嫩枝扦插育苗生产具有重要的现实意义。 Due to special values in ecology and economy, the demand of seedlings of Lycium ruthenicum is rising year by year in the region' s Qaidam Basin. Softwood cuttage is more economic and effective than seed and hardwood cuttage seeding for Lycium ruthenicum. To standardize the softwood cottage production of Lycium ruthenicum and resolve the problems including seedling technique lack of standardization, low survival rate, high costs,unevenness of quality,the technical specification was put forward according to the national and industry standards,which including facility conditions,pre -cutting treatment,stem cutting,the management after cutting,seedlings outplanting and so on. The technical specification provides guarantee for normalization and optimization in softwood cottage production, and have important practical guiding significances for the pro- duction of Lycium ruthenicum seedings in Qinghai Province.
