郑州市地下空间开发地质环境适宜性变权评价 被引量:30

摘要 地下空间开发是解决用地紧缺、地面交通拥堵等问题的有效途径,进行城市地下空间开发适宜性评价则对城市的发展方向具有重要的指导意义。文章针对传统评价方法的不足,引进了"惩恶扬善"的变权思想,建立了基于变权理论的地下空间开发地质环境适宜性评价模型,即敏感因子-综合指数-变权评价模型。以郑州市为研究对象,运用所建模型进行适宜性评价,对比分析常权评价与变权评价的评价结果发现:变权评价模型能有效克服指标内部差异性带来的不良影响,使评价分区更加符合实际情况;且变权评价的评价值离散性更好,有利于进行等级划分。评价结果表明:郑州市地下空间开发利用适宜区与较适宜区占总面积的42.42%,具有较好的开发前景。 Exploiting underground space is an effective way to solve the problem of strained land and crowded traffic. The suitability evaluation for urban underground space exploitation is of important guiding significance to the future development direction of urban construction. To overcome the shortcomings of the traditional evaluation methods,this paper introduces the variable weight theory of punishing the evil and praising the good and presents a new improved model,i. e.,the sensitive factor-integrated index model based on variable weight for geo-environmental suitability assessment of underground space exploitation. The city of Zhengzhou is taken as the study area and the above model is used to evaluate its geo-environmental suitability of underground space exploitation. By contrasting constant weight assessment with variable weight assessment,it is found that the variable weight assessment model is expected to overcome the bad effects caused by the internal differences in indexes and the evaluating values are more dispersive,which is conducive in grading.The results show that the suitable and less suitable regions of underground space account for 42. 42% of the total area in Zhengzhou and the assessment model has promising prospects for further exploitation.
