战略决策质量与战略执行质量指标研究

摘要 针对战略决策质量与战略执行质量指标研究不足的现状,在文献研究、深度访谈、专家咨询、问卷调查的基础上,通过对248份样本数据的探索性因子分析及124家企业372份样本数据的验证性因子分析,得出二因素结构的战略决策质量指标模型与单因素结构的战略执行质量指标模型具有良好的模型适配度。
