摘要
五十年来,日本的学力论可以说是在“科学主义学力观与生活主义、态度 主义学力观”的对峙与融合中发展而来的,日本教育的每一次革新都伴随着对学力概念、学力基本要素等学力论基本理论问题的激烈争论。在经历了“教育内容编成水平”的学力论、“授业论水平”的学力论后,20世纪90年代“到达度评价”理论又提出了关于学力的新构想———发展的学力。因此考察日本学力论理论研究的演变过程对中国目前素质教育理论研究的研究取向很有借鉴意义。
For fifty years the Ablity of Achievement in Japanese can been said to have been develop-ing between the conficts of scientism and Pragamatism.After the Level of Writing text Books and the Level of Instrvetion have been discus sed,the theory of Degree of Attainment also produces a new kind of Ability of Achievement—Developmental Ability of Achievement Therefore,to examine the procers of the develop-ment of the Ability of Achievement in Japan can be very instruetive for the theory of Quarlity Education in China.
