外科住院医师规范化培训中,病理学教学是重要的科目之一,如何让学员在短时间内提高病理素养是我们一直努力的方向。通过总结近年来我院外科医师规范化培训轮中转病理科遇到的问题以及采取的应对措施,以期全面提高外科医师规范化培训的质量和水平,使病理科的培训达到高效性、实用性和专业性。

In surgical resident standardized training, pathology teaching is one of the important subjects. How to make students improve pathological accomplishment in a short time is that we have been trying to do. In this paper, we summarize the problems and measures of surgical standardized training in recent years in the department of pathology, in order to comprehensively improve the quality and level of the surgical standardized training, to achieve high efficiency, practicality and professionalism.
