Exploration and Practice on Undergraduate Innovation and Enterpreneurship Training Program for Laboratory Medicine

大学生创新创业能力的培养是高等学校教育教学改革的重中之重,医科院校大学生科学研究训练是大学生创新创业能力培养的主要方向。检验专业以操作技术学习为核心,科研力量相对薄弱。通过以作者指导检验专业大学生创新创业训练计划的经历为出发点,从学院、指导教师和学生三方面探讨如何有效地组织与实施大学生创新创业训练计划。

Cultivation of undergraduates＇ innovative and entrepreneurship capabilities is of top priority in higher education reform, and scientific training is the main direction of medical students＇ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship cultivation. The core of laboratory medicine study is the laboratory techniques, and the scientific research strength is relatively weak. In this paper, the author takes the experience of guidance of a training program of innovation and entrepreneurship for laboratory medicine students as a starting point to explore how to effectively organize and implement innovation and entrepreneurship training including school, instructors and students.
