摘要
针对呼吸内科知识丰富,与各学科联系紧密,又是医学生最早接触的科室,我们提出在呼吸内科教学中进行CBL联合PBL教学的尝试与探索,使医学生将临床理论知识及实践医学紧密相连。教学实践表明,CBL联合PBL教学法以学生为主体,使教学直观化,开拓了学生临床思维,加强了学生人际交往能力和语言表达能力,提高应用理论知识以及用循证医学方法解决临床问题的能力,促进学生正确临床思维的形成。
Respiratory medicine contains a wealth of knowledge closely linked with various disciplines, in addition, it is the earliest medical students contact department knowledge. So, we propose to try and explore CBL combined with PBL teaching in respiratory medicine teaching, medical students will closely link to the theoretical knowledge and practical clinical medicine. Practice shows that CBL Combined with PBL Teaching Model taking the student as the main body, can make the instruction process visualized, broaden students' clinical thinking, strengthen their interpersonal communication ability and language competence, providing new ideas for clinical teaching reform. help students improve the ability of application of the theory knowledge and solving clinical problems with evidence-based medicine method, promote the formation of students' clinical thinking.
