摘要
在首都医科大学七年制医学生临床见习PBL教学中引入临床真实病例,与常规PBL教学法对比,研究不同方法下学生的主客观反映和理论考试成绩,评价其教学效果。结果显示,引入临床实际病例后学生的学习兴趣更加浓厚,有助于改善学生的临床思维方式和分析解决临床问题的能力。
We compared the effects of traditional PBL with a modified PBL using clinical cases. The evaluating indicators included questionnaire survey on both students and teachers and the students examination performance. The research showed that using clinical cases could stimulate students＇ interest in learning, help students constructing clinical thinking mode and improve their skill in solving clinical problems.
