临床实习是医学教育的重要组成部分,在此过程中教学实习是临床医学检验专业学生临床实习过程中一个非常重要的环节,怎么样才能真正的将学生的所学致所用是我们面临的一个问题。进行岗前培训、提高带教老师的素质、注重实践操作、理论与实践相结合培养、加强和规范实习过程的考核。要求我们要科学地合理的安排好学生的教学实习。

AClinical practice is an important part of medical education, and medical practice is a very important part in the teaching process of clinical medicine. The problem for us is how to use the knowledge we have learned. Pre job training, improving the quality of the teachers, focus on practice, combining theory and practice, strengthen and standardizing the practice process of assessment. It requires us to scientifically and reasonably arrange the students＇ medical practice.
