针灸配合药物治疗急性面神经炎患者的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Drug Treatment in Patients With Acute Facial Neuritis With Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的研究联合针灸和药物治疗急性面神经炎患者的临床效果。方法将2014年9月～2015年8月来我院进行治疗72例急性面神经炎患者作为观察对象,根据患者入院日期为依据分为治疗组35例和对照组37例。两组应用相同的西药治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上配合针灸治疗。对两组的治疗效果与面部神经功能评分进行对比。结果治疗组患者的有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者治疗第14天和治疗第28天的面部神经功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针灸配合药物治疗急性面部神经炎的效果好。

Objective To study the clinical effect of combined acupuncture and drug therapy in patients with acute facial neuritis. Methods Between September 2014～August 2015 to the hospital treated 72 cases of acute facial neuritis patients as research object, according to the date of admission based on divided into the treatment group 35 cases and control group in 37 cases. Two groups of the same western medicine treatment, the treatment group patients on the basis of acupuncture treatment. On two groups of therapeutic effect compared with facial nerve function score. Results In patients with effective treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）, Treatment group 14 days and 28 days of treatment in patients with facial nerve function score significantly higher than the control group, the results statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and drug treatment of acute facial neuritis effect is good.
