亲情护理服务模式在核磁共振增强成像检查患者中的应用

Application of family nursing service model in patients with enhanced MRI examination

目的:探讨亲情护理服务模式在核磁共振(MRI)增强成像检查患者中的应用效果。方法:将120例MRI增强成像检查患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予MRI增强扫描检查的常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施亲情护理服务模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组检查时间、一次性成功率、不良反应率、检查舒适程度、护理质量评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),观察组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分优于干预前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施亲情护理服务模式可缩短MRI增强成像检查患者的检查时间,提高检查效率,增强患者舒适度,缓解不良情绪。

Objective： To explore the application effect of family nursing service model in patients with enhanced magnetic resonance imaging（ MRI） examination. Methods： 120 patients who received enhanced MRI examination were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 60 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care during enhanced MRI examination; the family nursing service model was adopted in the observation group based on the methods in the control group,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of examination time,one- time success rate,the rate of adverse reactions,the comfortable level and the scores of nursing quality between the two groups（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）; the scores of SAS and SDS were superior after the intervention to those before the intervention in the observation group and the scores were superior in the observation group to those in the control group after the intervention（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Implementation of family nursing service model can shorten the examination time and improve the efficiency of examination so as to enhance the comfort and ease the bad mood of the patients.
