摘要
烧结配料过程的稳定性和准确性决定了烧结矿的化学成分和物料性能的稳定性,进而直接影响高炉冶炼的经济技术指标。本文通过分析单调配料控制系统和双调配料控制系统特点,提出配料秤皮带速度与给料装置速度合理配合控制的方法。该方法结合了单调配料控制系统和双调配料控制系统优点,可以使配料过程可调范围宽,精度高、系统的稳定性好。
The stability and accuracy of the sintering blending process determine stability of the chemical composition and material properties of sintered ore and thus affect the economic and technical indicators of blast furnace. By analyzing features of monotone batching control system and double feed control system features, the method that Batching scale belt speed co-ordinates with feeding device speed is proposed. The proposed method which combines advantages of the monotone hatching control system and double feed control system can achieve the wide adjustable range, high accuracy and good stability of blending process.
