矿产资源型企业技术创新影响因素的模糊聚类分析

The Fuzzy Cluster Analysis on Influential Factors of Technology Innovation in Mineral Resource-based Enterprises

学界关于企业技术创新影响因素的研究很多且大多基于定性分析,针对矿产资源型企业技术创新的研究比较罕见。本文以143份矿产资源型企业技术创新情况的调查问卷为实证研究对象,根据模糊聚类分析方法,利用Matlab软件对影响矿产资源型企业技术创新的影响因素进行了聚类分析和主从排序,为政府和企业制定促进技术创新的政策和策略提供了可以信赖的数量依据。

Although there have a great number of researches on influencing factors of technology innovation in enterpri- ses, most of them are based on qualitative analysis and the research on technology innovation in mineral resources - based enter- prise is rare. Based on literature review, the article classified the influencing factors of technology innovation in mineral resources enterprise. Taking 143 copies of questionnaire as empirical research object, applying of fuzzy clustering analysis method, using Matlab software, the article made the clustering analysis and master - slave sorting for the key factors of technology innovation in the mineral resources enterprise, and provided a reliable quantitative basis for government and enterprise policy decision and strategy planning to promote technology innovation.
