石油矿井筒的气举卸载优化控制仿真研究

摘要 由于井筒作业成本的限制,气举卸载优化控制的关键是按照选取合理的卸载参数进行作业,以避免因卸载不稳定导致重复作业。已有的研究表明数值仿真是作业前检验卸载参数合理性的唯一可行方法,但卸载过程的复杂性导致数值仿真的效果受到很大影响。针对某油田的某口井,首先建立了与井产物对应的流体组份模型,然后按井身结构数据建立了井眼轨迹模型,最后针对设计的气举阀的参数:阀深度、阀的过流特性,基于卸载瞬态动力学模型进行有限元计算,对卸载过程进行仿真,得到了卸载过程中的套管头压力等数据。在一定的设计参数下,仿真的结果和实测的数据具有较好的吻合度,表明所采用的仿真方法是可行的。 Taking account of the cost of the wellbore operation, the key of optimal control for gas-lift well unloa- ding is to select the reasonable unloading parameters before operation to avoid the unstable unloading which will result in repetitive operation. The existing research showed that the numerical simulation is the only feasible method which tests the reasonability of unloading parameters before operation. But the complexity of unloading process will 'affect the result of the numerical simulation. Aiming at one well of some oilfield, this paper builds component model corre- sponding to the fluid which is produced from the well. And then the well track model is built based on the well profile data. Aiming at the designed gas-lift valve parameters which are the depth of the valve and the property of flow, the finite element method is performed based on the transient dynamic of unloading and the unloading process is simulated numerically. Under certain designed parameters, the simulation results and the measured data have good goodness of fit. It shows that the simulation method is feasible.
