摘要
推行外贸代理制既是我国当前深化外贸体制改革的必然需要 ,也是我国外贸进一步发展的客观要求。但是 ,由于国内现行的操作方法与国际通行惯例存在很大差异 ,存在内在的机制缺陷 ,严重阻碍了外贸代理制的顺利推行。在对我国现行外贸代理制进行重新认识的基础上 ,对如何完善我国外贸代理制的机制缺陷进行了一些思考。
The internal mechanism disfigurements of the present Foreign Trade Agency System, which makes great difference of our present operation and international precedents, seriously hinders the pushment of Foreign Trade Agency System. Therefore, on the base of newly analysis of our present Foreign Trade Agency, a few countermeasures are suggested in this treatise.
