摘要
对兰州石化调整工艺前后的双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)专用树脂T38F,以及湖南长盛的T38F,从等规度、分子量及分子量分布、结晶性等方面进行分析对比,找出兰州石化调整工艺前的双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)专用树脂T38F成膜过程中容易破膜原因,调整工艺后,控制等规度:95%左右,分子量分布5.0左右,明显比以前窄,控制重均分子量1万以下的含量在2%3%,成功解决了破膜问题,表明了兰州石化公司生产的T38F的成功开发与应用。
The isotactic degree,crystallinity,molecular weight and its distirbution of T38 F were analyzed and contrasted,three kinds of special resin biaxial oriented polypropylene( BOPP) were used,which produced by Lanzhou Petrochemical Industry before and after adjusting process,and Hunan changsheng Petrochemical Industry. The reason why the special resin BOPP during forming film was broken easily produced by Lanzhou Petrochemical Industry before adjusting process was found out. After adjusting process,the broken film problem was solved successfully,the isotactic degree was controlled about 95%,the distirbution of molecular weight about 5. 0 was significantly less than before,the concentration of small molecular weight below ten thousand was controlled at 2%3%,it was indicated that T38 F produced by Lanzhou Petrochemical Industry was developed and applicated successfully.
