摘要
分析不同花生品种中辅酶Q_(10)含量,为植物细胞培养制备辅酶Q_(10)提供理论依据。采用紫外分光光度法测定花生中辅酶Q_(10)的含量。结果表明:蚌埠地区主要种植的5个花生品种(鲁花11号、鲁花14号、鲁花8号、豫花4号、中花5号)种子中的辅酶Q_(10)含量以鲁花14号辅酶Q_(10)含量最高,中花5号次之,豫花4号最低。芽茎中辅酶Q_(10)含量以鲁花8号、鲁花14号较高,根中辅酶Q_(10)含量差异不大。
Coenzyme Q_(10) content of five peanut varieties was analyzed,theoretical basis for production of Co Q_(10) was provided by the application of plant cell culture technique. The results showed that five peanut varieties were mainly planted in Bengbu,the Co Q_(10) content of peanut seeds was highest in Luhua No. 14,moderate in Zhonghua No. 5,and lowest in Yuhua No. 4. The Co Q_(10) content of peanut buds was higher in Luhua No. 8,Luhua No. 14,and the Co Q_(10) content in roots was not significant differences.
