摘要
用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了苦瓜中铁、锰、铜微量元素的含量。采用HNO_3-HCl O_4(4V/1V)混酸消解苦瓜,测定了苦瓜中铁、锰、铜微量元素的含量。实验结果显示苦瓜中铁、锰、铜微量元素含量较高,Fe、Mn、Cu含量分别为178.35μg·g^(-1)、42.75μg·g^(-1)、23.90μg·g^(-1)。此方法的元素回收率在97.07%~102.14%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.00%~0.62%之间,测定结果准确可靠,此方法简便、快捷适于分析测定苦瓜中的微量元素。为苦瓜的食用及开发提供参考依据。
The trace elements such as Fe,Mn,Cu in balsam pear were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry( FAAS). The results showed that the content of Fe,Mn,Cu in balsam pear was 178. 35 μg · g(-1),42. 75 μg·g(-1),23. 90 μg · g(-1),respectively. In this experiment,the recoveries of elements were 97. 07%-102. 14 %,the relative standard deviation( RSD) was 0. 00 % 0. 62 %. The data obtained suggested the results were accurate and reliable. This method is simple,fast and suitable for determining the trace elements in balsam pear.
