摘要
介绍了南宁化工股份有限公司聚氯乙烯厂20 t/d含汞废水处理装置技术改造情况。为减少含汞废水产生量,更有效的使用废水处理装置,降低运行成本和处理费用,项目采用化学沉淀微米膜分离技术,对现有生产系统的含汞废水收集系统进行改进和完善,使雨水与污水分开收集。改造后,该装置每天可处理PVC生产产生的含汞废水约20 m^3,使废水达标排放,减轻了企业环保压力。
The modification of 20 t/d mercury containing wastewater treatment plant in Nanning Chemical Joint Stock Company PVC Factory was introduced. In order to reduce the production of mercury containing wastewater,have more efficient use of wastewater treatment plant,reduce operating costs and handling costs,the project used the chemical precipitation micron membrane separation technology,the mercury containing wastewater collection system of the existing production system was improved,rainwater and sewage could be collected separately. After transformation,the device can dispose about 20 m3 mercury containing wastewater from PVC production every day,discharge waste water up to the standard,and relieve environmental pressure of enterprises.
