摘要 对实验操作繁琐的水溶性表面活性剂临界胶束浓度的测定做出了改进:使用恒温水浴、改变溶液配置方法和电极使用方法。以上改进使实验测定结果更加准确、可靠;避免了实验操作中大量容量瓶的清洗及润洗,使实验操作更加简单快捷;减少了表面活性剂的用量,降低实验成本;延长了电极的使用寿命,减少仪器设备的损耗。通过本实验改进加深了学生对该实验原理和方法的理解,并引导学生在遇到问题时能用变通的思维方式去寻找更加简单有效的解决方法。 Experimental improvement on determination of critical micelle concentration of surfactant was made by thermostat and improving solution preparation and electrode using. Compared with conventional method, these improvements greatly reduced the loss of electrode and regents. Experimental process was much simpler and the results were more accurate. Experiment innovation ability of students was improved and the understanding on working mechanism was also strengthened.
