Application of Origin 8.0 Software in Physical Chemistry Experiments

以纯液体饱和蒸气压的测定和硝酸钾溶解热的测定两个物理化学实验的数据分析为例,介绍Origin 8.0软件在物理化学实验教学中的应用。Origin 8.0软件在液体饱和蒸气压的测定数据后处理过程中体现出简便的数据计算、线性拟合和图像处理功能;而在硝酸钾溶解热实验的数据处理过程则很好地体现了丰富的曲线拟合功能,得到了两个合适的拟合方程——Exp Dec2和Log3P1,方便了数据的进一步演算。

According to the examples of the typical Physical Chemistry Experiments including liquid saturation vapor pressure measurement and the dissolution heat of potassium nitrate,the applications of Origin 8. 0 software in Physical Chemistry Experiments teaching were introduced. In the data processing process of liquid saturation vapor pressure measurement,Origin 8. 0 software reflected the simple data calculation,linear fitting and image processing function. In the data processing process of the dissolution heat of potassium nitrate,Origin 8. 0 software showed excellent function of curve fitting,and two fitting equations（ Exp Dec2 and Log3P1） were obtained in this process,thus it further facilitated the calculus of data. Two fitting equations,Exp Dec2 and Log3P1,were obtained,such as the experimental data processing,linear fitting,curve fitting,and graphic plotting.
