提升地方高校青年教师教学能力策略的研究

Research on Improving Teaching Ability of Young Teacher for the Local Colleges

青年教师是地方高校的重要组成部分,是地方高校发展的潜在动力,如何迅速成长为一名合格的地方院校青年教师,是目前各个地方院校人才队伍建设的关键。本论文结合本人自身的教育教学体会,研究和探讨了地方本科院校如何培养和提高青年教师的教育教学能力,掌握教育教学规律,迅速适应现代地方院校教学岗位要求的策略,为地方高校青年教师的教学能力的迅速提升提供参考。

Young teachers have become the backbone of all local colleges,and teaching ability of young teachers plays a key role on the development of the local colleges and universities in future. How to become an eligible young teacher quickly is very important in building teacher resources for local colleges. Combining with practice teaching experience,the strategies on how to develop and enhance young teachers teaching ability,mastering teaching regulation and adapting to the modern teaching requirements at local colleges were summed up. The concrete advanced measures were also offered for reference,which could be to favorable at the beginning of the work for young teachers.
