摘要
为了加强高等工程教育中工程能力与工程素质的培养,促进人才培养与社会需求的有效衔接,必须构建一套与培养目标定位一致的培养方案,强化工程实践能力培养,改进培养与管理模式,建立一支高素质的双师型实践教学师资队伍,改善实践教学条件,建立校企联合培养新机制,充分挖掘高校的人力资源和企业的物质资源,实行订单式培养,加强与其他高校的联系,实行资源共享,建立计算机模拟实验室和校内实训基地,改进实践教学方法和考核方法,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,提高实践教学效率。
In order to improve the ability and quality training in the engineering higher education and promote the connection between personnel training and society requirement,a training program should be established in accordance with the training target. Reforms should be carried out on a series of aspects,including practical ability training,training and management model,teaching staff with double-quality type,teaching conditions,enterprise-and-school joint training system,taking advantage of human resources in university and material resources in company,order- form training,connection with other universities and resource sharing,computer simulation lab and practice training base,teaching and checking method,fully exerting subjective activity of students,and improving efficiency of practice teaching.
