摘要
光气以其剧毒特性让人们闻之色变,本文从光气合成原理出发,分析了光气及光气生产过程中可能存在的风险。引入本质安全的理念,结合本质安全的洋葱模型,说明了在工程设计的过程中只要遵从本质安全的工艺、仪表和安全防护三个层次,结合合理的工艺过程、高效安全的双管板光气合成器、智能化的仪表监控及安全联锁,以及安全泄放、尾气分解等措施,就完全可以避免光气合成过程的安全风险,实现光气装置的稳定、安全运行,消除人们的担忧。
The phosgene with highly toxic property makes people hate and fear. In phosgene synthesis units,there are lots of potential dangerous,the best methods to avoid these hazard is to adopt inherent safety design principle during engineering phase. There are three level of inherent safety with process safety,instrument safety and safety protection as Onion Model. Using reasonable process flow sheet,safety and high effective double tube plates reactor,intelligentized instrument and safety interlocking,safety bleeding and tail gas decompose,etc.,potential risk will be minimized.
