Analysis of Cause and Disposal Measures of Fire and Explosion Accidents in Petrochemical Enterprise

石油化工产品的生产一般要经过物理变化和化学反应,不仅工艺复杂而且有些反应十分剧烈,极易失控。一旦操作条件发生变化、工艺受到干扰,或因人为原因造成误操作,潜在的危险就会发展成为火灾爆炸事故。本文通过仔细分析石化企业的火灾特点和近年来全国发生的数起较大规模石化企业火灾爆炸案例,总结了石化企业中常见火灾爆炸的原因和科学合理的处置措施,以对以后处置该类事故时起一定借鉴作用。

Petrochemical products generally go through physical change and chemical reaction,and it is not only complicated technology but also some complex reaction is very sharp and out of control. Once the operation conditions change,the craft is disturbed or incorrect operation caused by man-made,all of potential risks will become fire explosion accidents. By carefully analyzing the fire characteristics of petrochemical enterprises and a number of large- scale fire explosions of petrochemical enterprises in recent years in our country,the common treatment measures of fire explosions in petrochemical enterprises and scientific and reasonable treatment measures were summarized,it was useful as a reference for the disposal of such the accidents.
