摘要对网络消费合同的管辖与法律适用问题 ,尚没有明确的国际立法规定。由于网络环境并没有改变消费者保护的社会经济基础 ,因此 ,在对网络消费合同的管辖与法律适用问题进行规制时仍应遵循使消费者在网络交易中得到与现实交易环境同等、有效的保护原则 ,根据这一原则。
