摘要
分段完整性完善与否直接影响船台搭载周期及油漆破损率,对是否能满足PSPC规范要求至关重要。本文旨在阐述在生产实践中基于分段"壳,舾,涂"一体化,采用工序前移的手段,以造船"提速提效"为目的,总结如何改进及优化分段完整性的探索过程。
Improving block integrity will shorten the slipway period and reduce the paint breakage rate and it is very important for compliance with the PSPC requirements.This paper discusses how to improve and optimize the integrity for blocks by taking the process forward and improving efficiency based on integration of hull structure, outfitting and coating.
