摘要
本文设计了一种液压可调式顶升工装,主要用于解决直径小并且较长的尾轴进入小直径尾管时,尾轴由于重力而产生下垂导致末端无法顺利进入尾管首部轴承及由此造成的轴承刮花、密封油管撞坏等问题。
This paper introduces the design of a hydraulic adjustable shaft jack-up tooling mainly used to jack a long stern shaft of small diameter into a small-diameter stern tube. Without the tooling, the terminal of stern shaft will be sagged by gravity and difficult to enter the bow bearing of the stern tube and the bearing would be scratched or the oil seals would be damaged.
