摘要
对1Cr16Ni4Mo2Cu2W1VN钢进行了不同固溶处理,并对其组织及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,相同固溶温度,二次固溶条件下试验钢的力学性能较一次固溶下的力学性能差,随着固溶温度的升高,两种固溶条件下试验钢相应的力学性能差值减小。二次固溶条件改变了M_(23)C_6的分布,使M_(23)C_6在原奥氏体晶界处连续分布,造成沿晶断裂。
Different solid solution treatment processes were carried out on 1Cr16Ni4Mo2Cu2W1 VN steel,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the tested steel were investigated. The results show that the mechanical properties of the tested steel under secondary solid solution treatment are worse than that under once solid solution treatment when the tested steel is solid solution treated at the same temperature. With the increase of solid solution temperature,the disparities of the corresponding mechanical properties tend to be small.Secondary solid solution treatment changes the distribution of M_(23)C_6 precipitates,which makes M_(23)C_6 distribute continuously along the original austenite grain boundaries and leads to intergranular fracture.
