摘要
通过铱合金轧制试验,提出了降低铱合金加工硬化、变形抗力,避免裂纹产生和提高成品率的方法。结果表明,轧制过程中包套的使用,既可防止开裂,也可有效减少杂质,从而改善加工硬化;轧制道次间,选用合适的退火温度,可有效降低硬度;随着轧制厚度的减小,总加工变形量增加,加工硬化加重,但退火温度降低促使硬度大幅度下降;添加强化元素可降低轧制退火温度,增加延展性,改善其压力加工性。
Based on the test of the rolling process of iridium alloy,a new method for work hardening,deformation resistance and crack reduced and qualified products improvement methods were proposed. The results show that the use of pack rolling can prevent crack and reduce impurities,thus the work hardening is improved. The hardness can be effectively reduced by selection of proper annealing temperatures between rolling passes. With the thickness decreasing,the total deformation increase,the work hardening is aggravated,however,the annealing temperature decreases lead to hardness decreasing. The addition of strengthening elements can reduce rolling annealing temperature,increase ductility and improve work hardening.
