渗碳淬火行星齿轮内孔畸变控制 被引量:3

Distortion control of planetary gear inner hole during carburizing and quenching

摘要 针对某行星齿轮在渗碳淬火过程中内孔畸变严重的问题,采取了等温正火、降低渗碳温度和改变齿轮渗碳摆放方式等措施。经检测表明,采用改进工艺处理后,行星齿轮成品表面硬度和心部硬度分别为60.4~61.8 HRC和41.8 HRC,符合产品技术要求;内孔椭圆度和公法线长度变动量均100%合格;垂直摆放为最佳渗碳摆放方式。 During carburizing and quenching process,the serious distortion of planetary gears inner hole was happened,isothermal normalizing,carburizing temperature reduction and carburizing charging mode were adopted. The test results show that after treated by improved process,the hardness of the finished planetary gear surface and core are 60. 4-61. 8 HRC and 41. 8 HRC respectively,that meet the technical requirements. And ovality and common normal line length changing of inner hole are all 100% qualified. Vertical display for the planetary gear is the best carburizing charging mode.
