摘要 铸造行业用的板式输送机与带式输送机有许多共同之处,都是柔性的,都存在跑偏问题。安装不规范是造成跑偏的原因之一,但其主要原因是头轮主轴的两个传动链轮不同步,导致输送机向超前链轮的一侧跑偏。两链轮不同步有制造工艺和装配不合理的原因,更有主轴刚度不足,扭转变形而造成的。分析认为,必须按刚度设计主轴轴径,并给出了确保同步的制造工艺和装配方法,对正在使用中有跑偏现象的输送机也提出了补救措施。 The apron coveyor and ribbon conveyer are widely used in foundry industry, but they are both flexible and have the issue of off tracking. One reason is non-standard installation. But the main reason is the head wheel axle of two drive chain wheel are not synchronized, leading to the conveyor off tracking to the chain wheel of the side of the deviation in advance. Two chain wheels are not synchronized due to the manufacturing process, the improperly assembly, and insufficient stiffness and deformation of the main axle. According to the analysis, the diameter of the main axle must be designed by stiffness. The manufacturing process and assembling process is given to ensure the synchronization. Remedial solution is proposed to solve the off tracking issue of machine that already in use.
