作格交替语言类型使役性溯源

Typological Origination of Transitive Features of Ergative Alternation

作格交替是作格动词最为重要的语言类型特征。本文通过对使役句的类型研究,将作格动词及物性特征的来源解释为使役动词致使特征的转化。在此基础上,从论元结构、客体变化、核心语义、题元角色和语义终点性5个维度分析作格交替过程中语言类型的特点变化,从而探究英汉作格交替的语言类型意义。

The ergative alternation is the most important typological character for ergative verbs. This study explores the typological origination of causative sentences,and traces its transitive features back to the transformation of the causative features of causative verbs. On the basis of this,we further explore the changes of typological characters in the process of ergative alternation from five aspects： the argument structure,the object variation,the core meaning,thematic role and semantic termination. Finally,we try to develop the typological significance of English and Chinese ergative alternation.
