摘要
为探讨种子老化过程中种子活力与抗氧化酶活性的关系,人工老化对田间长势情况的影响,在人工老化条件下对登海605和鲁单818的萌发种子抗氧化酶活性、种子活力、干物质积累和产量形成展开研究。结果表明,发芽率、发芽势与产量的形成显著相关,人工老化处理降低玉米的种子活力、田间干物质积累和产量,呈现出老化前期缓慢降低、老化2d后迅速下降的变化趋势,且存在显著的基因型差异。
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between seed vigor and antioxidant enzyme activity,and the effect to the growth vigor in filed.In this study,the seed vigor,antioxidant enzyme activity,dry matter accumulation and yield formation were analyzed in Denghai 605 and Ludan 818.The results showed that there was significant positive correlation between the germination energy,germination percentage and grain yield.The treatment of artificial aging decreased the seed vigor,antioxidant enzyme activity,dry matter accumulation and yield formation.That decreased slowly in prophase,then rapid decrease after artificial aging 2d.There were genotypic difference in response of summer maize to artificial aging.
