“四位一体”实践教学与大学生创新创业能力培养

“Four in One Integrity”Practical Teaching and Training of Innovation & Entrepreneur Ability of Undergraduates

针对某地方本科高校理工类专业学生创新能力培养的开展现状,提出了"四位一体"实践教学与大学生创新创业能力培养新模式,即以实践教学为主体,以竞赛锻炼为补充,以项目培育为抓手,以创业扶持为目标。实践证明,该模式取得了较好的效果,极大地提升了大学生的综合素质和创新能力。

Aimed at the present training situation of the science and engineering students innovation ability at a local undergraduate college,the paper proposes a new＂four in one integrity＂training mode of practical teaching and innovation entrepreneur ability on college students. That is regarding practical teaching as the main body and taking competition exercise as a supplement and cultivating the project as the starting point and supporting entrepreneurship as a goal. Practice has proved that the mode obtains good results. It greatly promotes the comprehensive capabilities and innovation ability of undergraduates.
