摘要 硫氧还蛋白(Trx)是一种广泛存在于原核生物和真核生物中的小分子蛋白质,它和硫氧还蛋白还原酶(TrxR)、还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸Ⅱ(NADPH)共同构成了硫氧还蛋白系统,是硫氧还蛋白系统的重要组成部分。顶复门原虫作为胞内寄生虫,自身缺乏抗氧化的过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,依靠硫氧还蛋白系统抵抗宿主的氧化作用。论文介绍了原虫Trx的结构,从抗氧化应激和蛋白结合等方面阐述了Trx的生物学活性及功能,介绍了Trx及其抑制剂在抗肿瘤等方面的研究进展,为抗原虫药物的发现提供参考。 Thioredoxin (Trx), involved in the thioredoxin system with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR) and NADPH,is a small molecule protein and widely presents in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. Apicomplexan pro- tozoa, as intracellular parasites, are lack of antioxidant enzymes catalase and glutathione peroxidase. They rely on the thioredoxin system to resist host oxidation. This paper described the structure of protozoa Trx and the biological activity and function of Trx from oxidative stress and protein binding, and also intro- duced the research progress about Trx inhibitors on anti-tumor, and provided new research directions for the discovery of anti-protozoal drugs.
