摘要 针对接头出现裂纹问题,通过化学成分检测、硬度检测和强度校核等对其材质和设计进行分析,同时运用显微分析、金相检验等方法对腐蚀原因进行讨论。最终结果表明其材质和设计均符合要求,心部的金相组织和硬度检测结果无异常,均符合要求。断口表面有较严重的氧化腐蚀形貌,并且断口处裂纹侧壁有明显的脱碳现象,该处的硬度值也明显低于心部硬度,这说明裂纹产生于热处理之前,为锻造裂纹。 In the view of the crack in joint, using finite element method to check joint strength load, and composition analysis, hardness testing, macroscopic observation and microscopic observation were used to explore the crack causes deeply. Final results show that the designed material can meet the requirements, and the microstructure and the core hardness test results are in line with requirements without exception. There are more serious oxidation corrosion morphology in fracture surface and obvious decarburization in fracture crack sidewalls, where hardness values are significantly lower than the core, which shows the cracks is forging crack and formed prior to heat treatment.
