摘要
介绍了熔模铸造工艺中型壳材料的选择,浆料配方与制备工艺流程的优化过程。通过研究浆料性能表征和型壳性能表征,得到具有足够的高低温强度、较低的残余强度、优良的热性能、化学稳定性、适当的透气性和低蠕变性的型壳。使用这种型壳可以浇注出尺寸稳定,质量优良的大型复杂薄壁整体熔模精密铸件,应用于国防军工领域相关产品的生产。
The selection of shell mate rial in investment casting and the optimization process of slurry recipe and preparation flow were introduced. Through the study of the characterization of slurry properties and shell mold properties, a shell with enough strength at high and low temperature, low residual strength, good thermal properties, chemical stability,suitable permeability and low creep was obtained. The shell can be used to produce the large complex thin wall integral castings with the stable size and the good metallurgical quality in investment precision casting process.
