摘要
采用正交实验设计方法研究了复合添加稀土Ce、Sn、Al及B等合金元素对H62双相黄铜显微组织结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:稀土等合金元素的加入明显增加了合金中的β′相数量,使合金在室温时的非平衡铸态组织由大量的β′相和少量的α相组成;同时添加适量的合金元素使合金的显微硬度和抗拉强度得到了明显提高。
The influences of alloy elements(Ce, Sn, Al, B) addition on the microstructures and mechanical properties of H62 duplex brass were investigated by orthogonal test method. The results show that the addition of alloy elements significantly increase the number of β′ phases in brass alloy, and the non-equilibrium as-cast structure at room temperature consists of many β′ phase and few α phase. Meanwhile, the micro-hardness and tensile strength improve obviously.
