GX12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 is a new type of creep resistance steel with 9%-12% Cr. The welding and heat treatment process for the steel was introduced. Through the control of preheating, welding current and welding speed, and normalizing at above 150 ℃ of A_3 temperature, with appropriate tempering and stress relieving, the produced castings can meet the requirements of technical standard.
