摘要
根据覆膜砂的生产工艺及覆膜原理,开发了一种实验用微型热法覆膜装置。该装置一次覆膜砂最大量为200 g,用时5~8 min,实现了覆膜装置的微型化,适用于实验教学及相关科学研究。在实验教学过程中,学生可分小组完成实验用覆膜砂的覆膜过程;在相关实验研究过程中,可做到随用随覆膜,可灵活的变更覆膜砂所用原砂种类,特别适用于对各类再生砂用于覆膜砂的实验研究。有实验数据表明,在其他条件不变的情况下,利用该覆膜装置制备的覆膜砂完全能够达到壳型芯对强度的要求。
According to the preparation principle of resin coated sand, a mini-experiment device for preparing hot process coated sand was developed. Using this device, a maximum of 200 g resin coated sand was prepared in a cycle time of sand mixing(about 5~8 min). So this device is suitable for experiment teaching and scientific research. In experiment teaching course, students can complete the experiment of resin coated sand preparation process. And more importantly, it is suitable for the experimental research of all kinds of reclaimed sand used in resin coated sand. The research results also show that,in other conditions remain unchanged, the obtained resin coated sand can completely meet the requirements of shell mold core in strength.
