摘要
目前我国钎钢钎具工业已接近国际先进水平,除满足了国内采掘工业的需要外,正进入全球市场。球齿钎头的边齿始终是薄弱环节,不适用于极坚韧矿岩,硬质合金利用率低,残余柱齿难以回收利用,事实上造成钨、钴资源的浪费。不少采掘部门的管理人员视钎杆、钎头为耗材,对钎杆、钎头的使用细节和存在的浪费现象关注不够。一些钎具企业单纯追求产量和利润,只关注卖,不关注用,导致我国凿岩钎具使用技术及配套机具的研发长期滞后,严重影响了国产钎具的市场竞争力,成为我国钎具工业发展的短板,眼下的迫切任务,就是借鉴国内外同行的经验,加速研发钎头、钎杆、整钎的装卸、修磨、修复工具和设备,帮助采掘企业建立钎具修磨、残留硬质合金片齿回收的车间,以实现可持续发展。
At present, the industry of rock drilling steels and rock drilling tools in China, which has approached the internationally advanced level, not only meets the demands from the domestic excavation industry, but also is cutting in-to the global market. However, the industry is still struggling with some problems. For example, side bits on the button bit remain weak points, inappropriate for the extremely tough ore-rocks; the utilization of tungsten carbide is poor and residual buttons are hard to recycle, actually resulting in the waste of resources like tungsten and cobalt. Many manage-ment consider rock drilling rods and bits as consumables and thus pay little attention to the usage particulars and waste of them. Some manufactures of rock drilling tools seek solely for the output and profit, and they only focus on the sales rather than the usage of rock drilling tools. As a result, the RD of rock-drilling tools ' application technology and matching attachments in China has long lagged behind, which severely compromises the competitiveness of the domestic rock drilling tools and becomes the bottlenecks hobbling the development of China 's rock drilling tools industry. Currently, in order to achieve the sustainable development, the urgent tasks are to step up RD of tools and equipments which install and remove, recondition as well as fix rock drilling bits, tools and integral drill steels and to help excavation enterprises to build workshops which engage in the recondition of rock drilling tools and the recycle of residual tungsten carbide cutters by learning experience from domestic and foreign counterparts.
