摩擦焊接工艺在液压钻车钎杆生产中的应用

摘要 随着我国经济建设的快速发展,隧道开挖,巷道掘进,采矿凿岩以及露天矿山,采石场,水泥生产石料场,水利水电施工项目中,使用液压凿岩钻车的数量越来越多,钻孔向着大孔径、长深度方向发展,对钻孔效率和直线度提出了更高的要求。所需的重型凿岩钎杆正朝着高品质、粗直径、超长度的方向发展。为了满足市场需求,我们采用摩擦焊接工艺通过理论计算和矿山试验开发出了高品质重型快换钎杆以及提高钻孔直线度的导向钎杆等系列钻具,产品质量接近国外先进水平。 With rapid development of economic construction in China, the hydraulic drill rig has seen increasing applications in tunneling, tunnel excavation, mining rock drilling as well as in open pit, quarry for cement production and the water conservancy hydropower projects. The trend in drilling is to make the hole of large diameter and great depth, which poses more stringent requirements for drilling efficiency and straightness. The heavy-duty rock drilling rod is taking the road of high quality, large diameter and extra length. To meet the market demands, we developed a family of drilling tools including the high-quality quick disconnect drill rod and the guided drill rod which improves the drilling straightness through the friction welding process together with theoretical computation and mine tests. The quality of these products approaches the internationally advanced level.
