基于熵值赋权法的群众体育文化组织发展水平评价——以嘉兴为例

On the Development Level of the Mass Sports Culture Organization Based on the Entropy Value Method: A Case Study of Jiaxing

群众体育文化组织在推动体育文化发展、促进全民健身运动方面具有不可或缺的作用。本文运用熵值赋权法对嘉兴五县市两区群众体育文化组织发展水平进行了综合评价。通过分析发现,嘉兴群众体育文化组织发展水平呈现明显的层次性,其中,海宁市、南湖区整体上处于第一层次,平湖市、嘉善县整体上处于第二层次,海盐县、桐乡市和秀洲区整体上处于第三层次。但各县市区均有各自的薄弱环节,本文在分析其薄弱环节的基础上提出了相应的针对性建议。

Mass sports cultural organizations have an indispensable role in promoting sports and cultural development and extensive mass fitness programs. In this paper,the entropy evaluation model is used to develop a comprehensive evaluation of mass sports and cultural organizations in five counties and two districts in Jiaxing City. The analysis suggests that there is a clear hierarchy in the mass sports and cultural organizations development--- Haining City,Nanhu District are in the first level; Ping Hu City and Jiashan County are in the second level while Haiyan County,Tongxiang City and Xiuzhou District are in the third level. In addition,each region has its weakness,which is analyzed in this paper. On this basis,corresponding specific recommendations are presented.
