摘要
目的探讨微创穿刺引流术治疗基底节区脑出血的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年2月~2015年4月收治的64例基底节区脑出血患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组32例给予保守方案治疗,观察组32例给予微创穿刺引流术治疗,比较两组的总有效率、颅内压与脑氧摄取率、治疗前后的NIHSS与ADL评分。结果观察组的总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的68.75%(P〈0.05);观察组的颅内压、脑氧摄取率明显低于对照组,血肿体积明显小于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗前,两组的NIHSS、ADL评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分降低,ADL评分升高,且观察组治疗后的NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,ADL评分明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论微创穿刺引流术治疗基底节区脑出血的总体效果更理想,更有利于改善患者的生活质量,促进其神经功能的恢复,适合推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive puncture drainage operation treating intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region. Methods 64 cases with intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region treated by in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2015 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.32 cases in control group were treated by the conservative scheme,while 32 cases in observation group were treated by minimally invasive puncture drainage operation. The total effective rate,intracra- nial pressure and cerebral oxygen uptake rate,NIHSS and ADL score before and after treatment between the two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of observation group (93.75%) was significantly higher than that of control group (68.75%) (P〈0.05).Intracranial pressure,cerebral oxygen uptake rate in observation group was sig- nificantly lower than that of control group,hematoma volume was significantly less than that of control group (P〈0.05). Before treatment,there was no statistical difference of NIHSS and ADL score between two groups (P〉0.05),after treatment,NIHSS score was decreased,ADL score was increased in two groups,and NIHSS score after treatment in observa- tion group was significantly lower than that of control group,ADL score was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The overall effect of minimally invasive puncture drainage operation treating intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region is more ideal,and it is more conducive to improving the life quality,and promote the recovery of nervous function for patients.It is suitable for promotion.
